How we helped transform TONIPHARM into CURAE LAB within 12 months.

Tonipharm was a family-owned pharma company focused on mature OTC brands. In 2019, we helped them make a 180-degree strategic turn:

• January: 100% sale of Tonipharm to the global pharma company RECORDATI
• April: acquisition of Laboratoire 7Med, a pioneer of women’s health in France
• June: acquisition of MILLET Innovation, a listed medical device company that markets the well-known brand Epitact, owns more than 20 patents, and has a pan-European distribution capacity
• December: acquisition of SYNERGIA, #1 French food supplement brand in stress relief

Within 12 months, Tonipharm becomes CuraeLab, a dynamic European player in high value-added medical device niches and daily nutritional medicine.
